What happens if I don't pay?
No problem, the order will be awaiting payment for up to 10 days from its generation. After that period, it will expire automatically. To buy again, just generate a new order.

Where do I pay the ticket?
You can pay it at any bank or payment points like lottery houses and supermarkets affiliated with financial institutions until the due date.
Can I schedule the payment/due date of the ticket?
The ticket has a deadline for payment (due date) and in some cases, the customer can schedule the payment instead of paying it on the day of order generation. This will delay the shipment of the order, which will be released only after the ticket is cleared, that is, up to 24 hours after the due date/scheduling.
